Skilled network engineer with experience designing and deploying critical network infrastructures including the China Economic Embassy smart Wi-Fi (2024), Gako Military smart campus (2022–2024), and LAN networks for the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) and Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD). Specialized in Datacom and WLAN with hands-on experience in router configurations (IP planning, BGP, MPLS, ISIS, VPN), server setups and IPRAN deployments. Holder of Huawei HCIA/HCIP WLAN and HCIP Routing & Switching certifications.
Designed and deployed smart Wi-Fi for the China Economic Embassy (Feb 2024). Designed and implemented the Gako Military smart campus (Jun 2022 – Nov 2024). Designed LAN networks for BNR (Oct 2024 – Feb 2025) and BRD (Jan – Mar 2023). Supported network deployment for the RPF Presidential Voting event (Apr 2023). Deployed and maintained MTN Rwanda corporate Wi-Fi. Implemented IPRAN networks for Airtel Rwanda (2023–2025) and MTN Rwanda (2024–2025).
Trained A2 students in LAN setup, computer maintenance and Windows server administration. Developed a school management system (PHP + SQL) still in active use. Conducted Scratch programming workshops leading to robotics certifications.
